Pour l\u2019occasion, la ville a fi\u00e8re allure et n\u2019a pas m\u00e9nag\u00e9 ses efforts pour ce rendez-vous  annuel:  illuminations de la promenade du front de mer, concerts, fanfares, danses folkloriques, chorales et bien s\u00fbr r\u00e9gates que nous n\u2019avons pas vues mais dont les images sont retransmises sur \u00e9crans g\u00e9ants. De grands chapiteaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dress\u00e9s le long de la promenade et abritent les tabl\u00e9es de restaurants qui offrent divers types de boissons et nourriture.
