Ces deux moullages de rivi\u00e8res offrent des abris totaux du vent d\u2019ouest, et assurent une \u00e9tape parfaitement tranquille.<br \/>\nA Fowey, les corps morts s\u2019alignent le long des deux rives occup\u00e9es l\u2019une par le vilage de Fowey et l\u2019autre par celui de Polruan. Les maisons, \u00e9troites et aux to\u00eets pointus, s\u2019agrippent sur les versants des berges et serrent les unes contre les autres leurs couleurs pastelles. Toute la journ\u00e9e, de petits ferryboats ou taxi boats assurent la liaison entre les deux rives. Ici le site est encore plus sauvage qu\u2019\u00e0 Fowey, \u00e0 peine un Bar Restaurant \u2018le Ferry Boat Inn\u2019 qui concentre la vie sociale de la rivi\u00e8re (et dont les coquillages sont excellent!).
